At our retreats we will be focusing on yoga and mindfulness, because we believe in the many great benefits for our mind and body they can produce. Yoga bolsters your mental health and erases the stresses that come with the multiple hats women wear at home, at work and in society. Let’s be together on the mat to remind ourselves to take a timeout, to focus on whats truly important and take care of ourselves. This following week we will allow ourselves to let go, for stress to melt away and dive into that sacred space.


We offer beginner and intermediate surf lessons in a relaxed, fun environment. With daily in-water sessions, video analysis, technique and surf theories, you will vastly improve your surfing skills with us. You will be able to catch your own waves in no time, but most importantly, we are aiming to have fun in the water sharing waves and laughs.
